Strategy Planning

  1. Preparation of Strategy Maps by the user with information on the organization´s Mission, Vision, Perspectives, Strategic Topics and Goals;
  2. Visual aids for editing colors, sizes and positioning objects (mission, vision, perspectives, topics and strategic objectives);
  3. Ability to create multi-level strategy maps – including a breakdown by institution’s business units (units which may define their own maps);
  4. Interface for importing images from Strategy maps and connecting them to strategic objectives (illuminated mapping of indicators over standard images);
  5. Allows to set up profiles for access to strategic maps, and to assign the necessary permissions to each profile;
  6. Signaling of Strategy maps with colors or symbols indicators of performance (e.g., Green, Yellow and Red). Signals may be determined by the performance of the indicators comprising the goals or its associated initiatives;
  7. Allows the definition and association of action plans with indicators and strategic objectives with tasks to be carried out by the participants;

Dynamic Analytical Dashboards & Reports

  1. Presentation through monitoring charts to compare intended goals to achieved (realized) goals for each indicator;
  2. Drill-down (filter/search) of information from the Strategy Map to the lowest level of data that compose the indicators’ formulas;
  3. Allows the creation of reports for analysis of results in several view modes (similar to Excel dynamic charts), for example: period, department, results, and variables that compose the indicators. Such reports also allow the user to perform ad hoc searches, giving the freedom to have combined filters and changes in their variables;
  4. Export functions to different formats such as Excel, CSV, and PDF.

Key Performance Indicators

  1. Recording of indicators by the user with information on description, periodicity, the person in charge, source, glossary, polarity, validity, and formula. Formulas should be created using variables (gross data or indicators previously recorded);
  2. Allows the definition of indicators’ validity, controlling indicators’ performance only when they are within the target validity range.
  3. Sharing of indicators with business units and other entities;
  4. Simultaneous update of indicators with the same variables that compose the calculation.

Meetings and Collaboration

  1. Allows calling meetings of strategic analysis with the definition of agenda, invitees and strategic objectives to address. Notice of meetings can be sent to participants via email (option to automatically add to the calendar) with agenda and strategic objectives to address;
  2. Allows the recording of strategic analysis meetings with a view of agenda, pending matters from previous meetings, the strategic map with the critical path (selected strategic objectives); recording and sending minutes of the meeting to participants with highlights of matters addressed and action plan with tasks, duties, and deadlines.
  3. Allows to view the calendar with the strategy meetings the user will participate in;
  4. Sends automatic notification via email on the tasks assigned to users, using SMTP servers;
  5. Periodically sends via email reports with a list of pending matters for each user with, at least, tasks overdue, to do tasks, indicators to update, risks and active problems;
  6. Organize meetings with real-time dashboards related to the topics listed in the minutes-of-meeting;
  7. Quick tasks distribution while conducting a meeting, with integration to the personal “My Tasks” or Kanban board;
  8. DyKanvas Login Integration, giving users from BriskPPM Strategy the ability of using DyKanvas features from inside BriskPPM tool.

Profiles & Permissions

  1. Allows to set up profiles for access to indicators, and to assign the necessary permissions to each profile. A number of profiles to be set up should not be limited. Such profiles can be customized for specific users;

When uploading, various files can be attached at the same time without the need to create a zip file, including a feature to drag and drop directly from Windows folders to the attachment field;
